So much has changed...in a great way !

I have lived here since 2018, and I can honestly say so much has changed.. in a great way! The staff are pleasant, honorable, ... and truly care about our needs. I feel safe, heard and protected. The maintenance staff are on top of the property, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in each unit. I have never been so happy to live here at Kensington, than I do right now. Beautiful community

I've been at Kensington for approximately 16 months now. Kensington is a beautiful community and extremely nice people live ... here. And the maintenance is definitely very good. Sam is a very nice person and he does everything he can to keep on top of things. And I just wanna send a shout out to Nicole at Peak living who has been amazing as well as Rebecca staying on top of things answering all my questions and helping me whenever I need help. I think that anyone living here would say that it's a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful. And very nice apartments they're well-built that's for sure.
